If you are planning to choose MS Packers and Movers because of their low price, then stay away from them. This low price is a tactic they use to lure you in. Once you have taken their service and paid the 80% amount, they are going to disappear. This happened to me and I have tried calling them, but no one answered. Now, I have just given up on it. One of my known contacts had taken the service of MS Packers and Movers Bangalore in the month of June and he is yet to receive his stuff. They told him that the whole process would take at max 2 days but even after so many days they have failed to deliver his goods. The service provided by MS Packers and Movers Bangalore was so pathetic that I logged a police complaint against them. They didn’t pack my belongings properly and due to that most of them were damaged badly by them. Apart from that, they didn't deliver my stuff on time and even charged me a huge amount. I received very poor service from MS Packers and Movers Bangalore. Their service was very slow and haphazard. First of all, they didn't provide me with their office address, and all contact with them was through the phone. The people who came to pack and move my belongings were unprofessional and did everything in a hurry. After all this, they asked me to pay double the initial quote. Not recommended at all!
