I have been exploring villas for my family and recently came across this project. The project, developed by My Home Group, is RERA registered (My Home Ankura RERA number P01100000375) and promises possession by December 2024. The configurations, 3 BHK triplex villas on plots ranging from 272 to 350 sq. yds impressed me. Also, with 603 triplex villas, the built-up area is spacious, between 3223 and 4146 sq. ft., and My Home Ankura Fields price starts from Rs 4.66 crores. Over the past 20 years, the builder's (Grade A) reputation has skyrocketed. They are also listed in the 2020 Hurun India Real Estate List. Overall, I will rate them 4 out of 5 under My Home Ankura reviews and I will definitely book a unit here.
