Ever since I came to Hyderabad, I had a dream to own my own place in the city. My dream was fulfilled with this project in Hyderabad. I had been living on this property since My Home Jewel possession date. My friend suggested this property to me back then, stating that it is a well-planned project and I might get affordable and good quality options here. I was amazed by the amenities they provide which includes power back up, canopy walk, coffee lounge & restaurants, concierge services, early learning centre, event space & amphitheatre, flower gardens, indoor games room, indoor squash & badminton courts, kids club, swimming pool, library and a spa.
I am really happy as the project also is Hyderabad’s first housing project to be awarded with the coveted ‘CRISIL SIX STAR’ rating. This is it under my My Home Jewel reviews.

One of my colleagues had purchased a 3BHK flat of 1678 sq ft here. My colleague stated that a major attraction for her to buy a flat in this property was My Home Jewel address. Chanda Nagar is the nearest Bus Station here at 1.7 Kms which is 5 minutes away. Madinaguda is the second nearest 1.9 kms away. In healthcare, Vijaya Hospital is 2 Kms away and Apollo Pharmacy is 2.9 kms around 9 minutes away. My colleague loves to watch movies, and she exclaimed that INOX Cinemas is just 0.8 Kms away and 3 minutes away.
She said that this project is RERA approved and My Home Jewel RERA number is Telangana/RERA/HYD/2017/00049. Overall, it’s a nice project, and my colleague is quite satisfied. I am also planning to invest here, so I will visit the site and then will give my rating.
