My experience with My House Shifting was just fine. The management is not responsive to calls and queries. They never respond to emails as well which shows their unprofessionalism. The movement process was okay but I was expecting better customer service from them. Another friend of mine also availed their services last month and she complained the same. I hope they work on this. The pricing, in my opinion, is affordable but based on the service, it is higher. I would rate them 2.5 out of 5.

My friend and I moved into a new apartment and we were looking for some packers and movers. I came across My House Shifting and we decided to speak to them. The consultation went fine and their quotes worked for us as well. But we are not really happy with their services. The lack of professionalism, delayed shipment and delivery, and unresponsive behaviour of the manager really vexed me. There is no proper tracking information shared as well. Wouldn’t recommend it.

My House Shifting is an average packers and movers company. I can say this because I recently sent a few of my household belongings to my sister’s place. Firstly, they brought small boxes which did not fit all my things. Then, they said they will come the next day with more boxes, which delayed the whole process. The movement was okay but it was an intra-city shipment, so I am not sure how they handle intercity movement. Please check other packers and movers in Mumbai before you finalise.

When I moved to Lonavala last year, I hired My House Shifting to help with the relocation, as this was closest to my location. I also didn’t know any other packers and movers. The consultation was quick and promising. However, my experience wasn’t great. Their staff was not reliable, and they arrived late, which really annoyed me. They also quoted me Rs. 16,999, which I found okay at that time, but now I realise there are other affordable moving companies in the market with excellent services. I would rate them 3 out of 5.
