What are the Naman Habitat Review Andheri West Mumbai?

I have a really positive Naman Habitat review. It has a residential apartment block that is completely furnished. It has three towers and twenty-one storeys. It provides opulent 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments in Andheri West. P51800004108 is the RERA number for Naman Habitat.

The cost of the units in this project is very affordable. Apartments start at 2.87 crores in price. Given the Naman Habitat project size and the amenities and facilities offered, the pricing is very reasonable, practical, and handy.

Its excellent Andheri West location and the promised high-end amenities, in my opinion, make it the perfect option for anyone looking to move into a new house.

Sharing my Naman Habitat review with you all. Last year, I was looking for a 1 BHK flat in Andheri West, Mumbai. A few days later, I received a call from Naman Habitat's sales department. The presales head was really disrespectful when I told him that you didn't have a 1BHK and asked how you were going to tell Naman Habitat 1BHK price. Really, this builder isn't worthy of a single star. I thus left this project and booked a one-bedroom apartment at the Chandiwala Pearl Regency .

Naman Habitat will be providing 2 and 3 BHK apartments and the sizes are pretty good. I checked out a 2 BHK myself and quite loved it. Let me share the size chart of the apartments in this Naman Habitat review.

It takes two hours to reach the station from my current apartment so I am planning to buy an apartment in Naman Habitat. I love its location. You can reach any destination anytime from there. I checked out this project in November 2022 and will be visiting it again the next month to show it to my parents and finalise it. Let me share its location so that you can understand where it is exactly located. 

• Andheri Station is just 3kms from it

• Andheri Bus Stop is 4 mins far

• Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital and Medical Research Institute is 8 mins away

• BSES MG Hospital is 6 mins far

• Green Chilli Events is 10 mins away

• PVR - Citi Mall is 13 mins far

I am not much interested in Naman Habitat because my friend did not have a good experience with their sales team. They were too reluctant and never picks up the call on time. She also checked out a demo flat and found that

• The apartments lack proper ventilation

• There is a very less number of people to attend to customers hence she could not ask many questions

• Compares to the price, the apartments were not up to the mark
