As I was researching for a 2 BHK property in Begur, I came across a few Nandi Meraki reviews. From it, I came to know that around 59% of the project is open space and that it\'s around 8 acres big. I also learned that the amenities are thoughtfully designed and they are top-notch. Some amenities of the project are badminton court, a common garden, a basketball court, a squash court, etc. What surprised me was the presence of a library, which is uncommon. I have planned to visit the project location and learn about various details of the project before purchasing an apartment.

My brother informed me that the Nandi Meraki price is around Rs. 73 Lakhs, and I should invest in that. To learn more about the project, I visited the location, and during my visitation, I learned that it\'s RERA approved project and the Nandi Meraki RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/311222/005573. Along with that, I also learned about the various locational advantages of the project, such as the Hulimavu Police Station (10 mins), Kalena Agrahara (11 mins), Vijayashree Hospitals (13 mins), Easy Shopping Mart (5 mins), etc. After learning about all this information, I invested in a 2 BHK apartment here.

I was looking for a 3 BHK unit when I learned about this project. One of my primary criteria was that the possession date of the project should be between 2-3 years. The Nandi Meraki possession date is December 2027. I visited the project to learn about its details. I was handed a brochure that had its unit configuration, which I have added below.
