What are the Natural Packers & Movers Chennai Reviews?

I had the worst experience with Natural packers & movers Chennai. The boys who came to pack my things packed everything so shabbily so there was a risk of damage involved. Apart from this, they didn’t deliver my things for a long time and when they did, 2 of the boxes were missing. When I asked they just said that they lost them and offered a small amount of compensation that means nothing to the value of the things lost. Would never recommend this service to anyone. Natural packers & movers Chennai was okay in the safe delivery of my things. It’s just that they were not punctual at all in arriving and arrived 6 hrs late to the agreed upon timing of 10am and then didn’t take any accountability at all, nor did they offer any compensation. I had to cancel meetings that day because of this. Otherwise they delivered everything on time and nothing was damaged so I guess it is a fine service. 

We feel cheated by Natural packers & movers Chennai. They asked for a Rs. 500 deposit from us which they said would be refunded after the successful delivery of our goods. But then when I called them afterwards they completely ignored my appeals and didn’t return any money saying that it was a non-refundable deposit. This was not mentioned before and they didn’t return any of our money and also provided us with a very mediocre service.

I had a decent experience with them. I hired them after going through a few positive Natural packers & movers Chennai reviews. They did their part well and packed and delivered my things safely and on time. My only issue was that they didn’t take my instructions into account. I specifically asked them to pack my books and photo frames in completely separate boxes from everything else because I can’t have them getting damaged. Unfortunately, they still mixed everything together, which was disappointing.
