For me, the Natwest Radheshyam 3BHK price was around Rs. 3 Crore. The executive mentioned that the cost mentioned above in the table is the basic cost and excludes other charges. He also told me that the Natwest Radheshyam project area is 0.11 acres. The main reason I booked a unit here was because of the locality. I was looking for a 3 BHK unit and a friend of mine suggested that I check the units available at Natwest Radheshyam. After that, I asked him about the Natwest Radheshyam location, which he told me was No.7, Mylai Ranganathan Street, T. Nagar, Chennai, 600017.
I went through some Natwest Radheshyam Reviews before visiting. I was quite skeptical at first, but all that vanished after I went through the floor plan. The amenities they are offering are Community hall, Gym, Park. etc. They also provide a children's play area, and my son just loved it out there. Thus, I decided to book a unit there.

The Natwest Radheshyam was one project that I liked very much. The first reason was that the project was Vastu compliant as my mother wanted a house that follows Vastu. Besides that, I loved the amenities and every other aspect of the project. But despite that, I had to back out because the Natwest Radheshyam Possession date was in March 2027. This was too far for me as I wanted something within a year.
Following that, I searched for other projects in the area and came across the
VNR Fortuna. I purchased a unit there.
