Plus, living here has been a delight because of its excellent location. The Commercial Hub (BHEL) is only 3.9 km away, making it convenient for work. For families, Glendale International School is just 1.7 km away. Whether it’s amenities or connectivity, NCC Cyber Urbania ticks all the boxes.

When I first explored this project, its thoughtful design and amenities impressed me. The project by Simha Developers was completed in July 2022, and the NCC Cyber Urbania possession date gave me enough time to plan my move. The 400-unit community with 10 towers offers a vibrant yet serene environment. Although there are now some road access issues, the layout is among the greatest I can say because of the large spaces both inside and outside the house, such as the hallways and block-to-block distance. I highly recommend this and would rate them 4 out of 5 under my NCC Cyber Urbania reviews.

Having lived here for over a year, I must say, NCC Cyber Urbania has everything one could ask for. The community hall and party area are perfect for gatherings, while the children’s play area and skating rink keep the kids entertained. The jogging track, gym, and library are my go-to spots for relaxation and fitness. With features like CCTV cameras, rainwater harvesting, and 24x7 security, I feel safe and comfortable. I think the NCC Cyber Urbania address is prime, and the well-maintained common garden adds a calming touch.
