We just finalised the deal for a flat in this property a few days back. We went through a lot of projects offering 2 BHK flats before booking this one. This property suited us because of its locality, which is Kharghar, near both me and my partner’s office. This is also a clear title CIDCO tender plot, which has an earthquake-resistant RCC structure, an Italian lobby, etc.
As for the amenities, there is a gazebo, a basketball court, a shopping centre, a tennis court, a rainwater harvesting plant, a sewage treatment plant and more.
So, to sum up, my Neelkanth Avenue Kharghar review, I’d say you should give this project a visit and then make up your mind as the property has a lot of offerings.

I went to check out this property with my father. We knew this place has 2 BHK flats, but we wanted to know more, such as the Neelkanth Avenue unit size. For the flat size, the carpet area ranges between 765 to 825 square feet, which isn’t bad.
This project comprises a standalone building of 22 floors with a mix of Jodi and 2 BHK flats. I also asked about the Neelkanth Avenue possession date, which is December 2025 and luckily suits us perfectly as we are preferring a flat where we can move in within a year or so.
The builder has been in this line for 40-odd years and that adds to the trust factor for us, too. The Neelkanth Avenue 2BHK price is the only area which held us back as the price ranges between Rs. 1.56 to 1.73 crores.
We haven’t decided anything yet but do favour this project over the others as of now. I suggest you check this out personally to understand if you like it.

I recently went to see this project by Neelkanth Group. So, I can share a Neelkanth Avenue review with you here.
There are 2 BHK flats in this property with a total of 68 units across a land area of 0.34 acres. Initially, we were interested in this property due to the Neelkanth Avenue location, which is in Sector 16 Vastu Vihar Road, Kharghar. The Spageti bus stop and the Kharghar village metro station are a kilometre away, with the Sector 14 Kharghar train station also nearby. The Prime Mall, Max and other entertainment places are about a couple of kilometres away. So, the place has a good balance of everything.
This project is registered under MAHARERA, with the Neelkanth Avenue RERA number being P52000047513. Overall, we think this is a good place to buy a home and we are going to make a booking within the next few days.
