What are the Neelkanth Lakeview, Thane, Mumbai Reviews?

From a social media ad, I came to know about a Neelkanth Lakeview unit configuration. After that, I wanted to visit the project and learn about the Neelkanth Lakeview 3BHK and 4BHK price. 

I visited the property and asked about the prices from the executive present there. They told me that the starting price of the apartment is Rs. 3.5 Crore. He also told me that the Neelkanth Lakeview unit size which is 1326 sq. ft. for 3 BHK and 1808 sq. ft. for 4 BHK. After that, I booked a 3BHK unit in the project after he told me about a few key locations near the project.

While searching for luxurious apartments, I came across the Neelkanth Lakeview project. From a few online reviews, I learned about the amenities available with them. In one of the reviews learned that the project comes with breathtaking views of Upvan Lake and Yeoor Hills. Thus, I decided to visit the project. 

Upon arriving at the location, I asked the executive to show me apartments that had a good view of the lake and the hills. He showed me a few apartments, and from those, I selected a 4BHK unit. Apart from the view, I just enquired about the Neelkanth Lakeview RERA number, which he told me was P51700007123. 

After going through a few Neelkanth Lakeview review, I decided to visit the site of the project. I learned about the Neelkanth Lakeview location, which is Pokhran Road, Thane, Maharashtra 400606.

I visited the project location and asked about the Neelkanth Lakeview unit size. The executive present there told me that they have 3 & 4 BHKs that have a hill-facing view. Following that, he also told me about a few amenities, such as a swimming pool, multi-purpose hall, squash court, digital fitness workout zone, virtual gaming room, etc. I always wanted to purchase an apartment with a hill view, and thus I booked a 3 BHK unit from them.
