We tried the service of Neha Packers and Movers in August while moving to a new rental accommodation in Mumbai. A friend of ours recommended their name and the service was decent. They were nice to talk to and brought enough material to cover the items. They were a bit sloppy in packing the fragile items, so we had to assist them there. Still, overall they weren’t bad. Neha Packers can be kept as an option, but you can find better packers and movers.

Hi. I was shifting from my flat in Chembur to Virar due to a job change. That is when I booked Neha packers and movers. It was honestly a mixed experience for me. I mean they were good in some areas, but unprofessional in others. They were punctual and polite, but the packing material was average and the loading wasn’t done with care. They managed to transport the items without any breakage, so I didn’t mind much.

I would say you look for other packers and movers in the city. This company is okay but they lack in certain regions which needs to be worked upon. The tracking service isn’t smooth and you need to contact them several times. Also, the delivery was a bit delayed, so that is another area of concern. The team can do better with some training in my opinion. For now, consider looking for professional companies instead.
