We were shifting into a new rented place in Chennai and chose Nellai Packers & Movers for the movement. I think there are some things which they can work on to improve customer satisfaction. They were late to the job and I had to wait for some time, so if they could focus on being punctual, it would be great. Second, their packaging is an issue which I feel needs to be addressed. Apart from this, the rest was okay from their end. 

I booked Nellai Packers & Movers to move out of my house in Mogappair, but the shifting could not even begin due to the confusion created by their team. I was given the commitment that the driver would reach at 2 PM. I waited till 3 PM and called them back. The driver asked for some time. I then received a call in the night where the driver seemed disinterested in packing and shifting my house items. I had to look for an alternative at a higher price because of their mismanagement.

Hello, I would like to share my Nellai Packers & Movers Chennai review to tell you about the time I moved out of Chennai. I shifted with their help and the overall service was decent. I don’t have much to complain about, nor do I have anything solid to praise. They were okay with being at my house around the time I asked them to. But, I would have liked it better had they ensured a better packaging of the items. There was a slight delay in the delivery as well. So, it was a mixed bag for me while shifting through this company.

I read several Nellai Packers & Movers Chennai reviews while deciding to book this service. I can say that it was an ordinary experience while moving through the cargo company. I expected better service based on the price I paid, as the packaging was not up to the mark. They have a decent staff of workers, but I would like them to be even more professional with the customer.
