Hi, I will share my Nester Raga review here. Since I got many recommendations about the property from my office colleagues, I went to see the project. I needed to be sure about Nester Raga unit configuration. There were only 2 BHK and 4 BHK flats available. The carpet area for the 2 BHK flat was 898 sq ft and for the 4 BHK flat it was 1898 sqft. The price range for the flats was between Rs 85 Lakh to Rs 1.15 Crore. Since I live only with my wife, I bought the 2BHK flat. I was happy as the flat was procured within my budget.

I told him about Nester Raga which I visited recently. He wanted to make sure the project was fine legally and asked the sales team regarding Nester Raga possession date. They replied that the project was finished in December 2013.
He also looked at the project amenities. There was a gym, a jogging track and a park. His fitness regimen was sorted. He liked all the other amenities on offer as well and felt it would be worthwhile to buy a flat here.
While looking for properties in Mahadevapura, Bangalore, I came across this project. I first looked at several Nester Raga reviews. The feedback was good so I went and had a look at the project.
Nester Raga location is in Chinappa Layout, Mahadevapura. While checking the project hotspots, I found the railway station KR Puram was 3.9 km away and was the nearest bus stop. There was also metro connectivity available. Baiyappanahalli and Swami Vivekananda Road were 16 minutes and 21 minutes away respectively. I found Sun Surgicals and Apollo Pharmacy were the nearest medical facilities available. Supermarkets like More and MK Retail were available within a 4km radius. The overall connectivity of the area appealed to me. I bought a flat here.
