A few weeks ago my father visited here as he was interested in buying a flat on that property. He had listened to some great Nirman

Astropolis reviews from his colleagues. Here, the unit configuration is 2 and 3 BHK homes. It provides the best amenities, which include the following.

The lap pool and sunken seating area were my absolute favourite. The Nirman Astropolis price ranges from Rs. 72.8 lakhs for 2 BHK to Rs. 88.3 Lakhs for 3 BHK. My father was really impressed with the master plan and amenities. The sales team informed that the possession date of the property will be December 2030.

Me and my friend visited the Nirman Astropolis address a few days ago, as we wanted to know about the project. During our visit, the amenities provided under the project amazed us. It’s a unique blend of ultra-luxurious homes with spacious built-up areas. The building is a 21 storeyed high-rise tower and the flats also have a separate servant room available. 

  • It also has provision for EV charging stations in every parking lot. 

  • It offers over 40 amenities and vastu-compliant homes. 

Nirman Astropolis unit size for 2 BHK flat is 748 sq ft and 889 sq ft. Also, the floorplan we found for 3 BHK is 927 sq ft and 1057 sq ft. We were also told that the property is RERA approved and Nirman Astropolis RERA Number is P52100047709. This project is under Nirman Greens, as you must have heard about this builder. They are one of the prestigious real estate developers based in Pune and have an experience of 3 decades. We found the project is worth the investment.

One of my relatives has recently booked a 2BHK flat here. They shared their experience with us. Their major reason to buy the property was the Nirman Astropolis location. They said it is in Tathawade, Pune. Some nearby places they informed me are.

  • It is just 8 minutes away from the Mumbai-Pune Expressway.

  • Chinchwad railway station is 12 minutes away from the locality.

  • Hinjewadi is at a distance of 13 minutes.

  • The Nearest Hospital is Aditya Birla Memorial just 7 minutes away,

  • MC Donald’s eatery is just 4 minutes from here.

Also, the locality is one of the best and safest ones in Pune. It has good public transport, easy cab/auto availability, well-maintained roads, markets at a walkable distance, excellent schools and hospitals nearby as well. As I am also planning to invest here, I asked for the Nirman Astropolis possession date. They said it is in December 2030. As I have time, I will wait and look at some more properties here.
