What are the Nisha Packers and Movers Mumbai Reviews?

I used Nisha Packers and Movers for transporting my car from Mumbai to Bangalore, and while some parts of the service were fine, others were disappointing. The good thing was that the team was quick to respond and took care of the paperwork required for moving the vehicle. My car was picked up on the agreed date, and I liked how they checked all the details before loading it.

However, when my car arrived in Bangalore, there were noticeable scratches on the bumper that weren’t there before. I was a bit frustrated because they had assured me that my car would be safely transported. Though the car arrived on time, the condition wasn’t perfect, which made me rethink using their services in the future.

I planned to go with Nisha Packers and Movers to shift my small office space from Andheri to Powai. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Although they promised a seamless office relocation, the process was disorganised from start to finish. The movers lacked proper coordination, which led to several office items being misplaced. Our office furniture arrived late, and two desks were damaged during the move.

What upset me the most was their lack of accountability – they didn’t offer any compensation or solution for the damage. I recently hired Nisha Packers for my home shifting within Mumbai, and I have to say, the experience wasn’t great. At first, they seemed quite professional, giving me a quote and promising timely delivery. But on the day of the move, things went downhill. The team arrived late, and it was clear they were rushing through the packing. 

Some of my fragile items weren’t packed securely, and as a result, a few glasses and picture frames ended up broken. The miscommunication was the worst part - they assured me that the shifting would be finished by evening, but they ended up delaying the process, which really disrupted my entire day.

The only thing I appreciated was their polite behaviour, but politeness alone doesn’t cover for broken items and delayed schedules. I wouldn't recommend them for a smooth home-shifting experience in my Nisha Packers and Movers Mumbai reviews.
