What are the NSL Nakshatra Reviews, Kukatpally, Hyderabad?

When I was thinking of investing here in NSL Nakshatra, one of my most major concerns was the location, since I needed the location to be very prime since it would save me and my family a lot of time on commute. So when I finally went to visit the project, the NSL Nakshatra address really appealed to me because of its locational advantages. The nearest bus stop is Jntu Bus Stop - SV, which is just 2.2 km. Kukatpally, and Miyapur metro stations are the nearest bot at a distance of 6.9 km, and 4.2 km respectively. For education, DAV Public School is 3.4 km while Global Edge School is just 850 m away. In case of any healthcare needs, Ankura Hospitals and Rainbow Children’s Hospital are both under 4km away. For shopping, Lulu mall and Nexus Mall are 1.4km and 2.2km respectively. Everything being so close by is very convenient and I already really like all the other modern amenities offered here. Thus I am positive about investing in this project.

When I visited this project a few weeks ago, I went through a few positive NSL Nakshatra reviews. I was really impressed by its amenities. For fitness and health, they have a yoga and meditation room and a walking/ cycling track. They even have a temperature controlled infinity pool along with a badminton court. The gym is perfect for people like me who love cardio. For small events and socialising, they have a club house, and there is an amphitheatre for performances. For larger gatherings, there is a lovely banquet hall. The NSL Nakshatra possession date will commence in May 2029. I also found the NSL Nakshatra price to be within my budget which is great. The price starts at Rs. 2.4 Cr, which considering all the amenities and other advantages, sounds quite reasonable to me. I will be investing in a 3 BHK apartment here.
