What are the Nyati Esteban II, Undri, Pune Reviews?

Nyati Esteban II is a renowned project that is being constructed by the Nyati Group builder. You must know that Nyati Group is a famous builder and is popular for delivering quality projects on time. As soon as I heard a positive Nyati Esteban II review from a friend, I went to check out this project and decided to book a 2 BHK here. I have enquired about everything about this project from the sales team so let me just share it with you:

• This project is spread across a vast land of 6 acres

• The Nyati Esteban II unit size ranges from 838 sq ft to 1,214 sq ft

The Nyati Esteban II possession date is set for September 2027 and I am sure they will deliver the project on time as promised. I will highly recommend this project to others.

I called the Nyati team to find out information about this project. There are 2 and 3 BHK flats here with the carpet area starting at 838 sq. ft. 

I also asked about the Nyati Esteban II construction status and they told me that it is under construction at the moment. I went on to ask about the expected date of possession to gain clarity. 

To this, The builder team told me that the Nyati Esteban II possesion date is September 2027, which didn’t work out for us, so I didn’t inquire any further. However, the overall project has good features with a decent area, so you should contact them personally to understand if it works for you.

Hi there. We went to see the project and would like to share my Nyati Esteban II review here. The project is located on the NIBM Road in Undri. We found that 70% of the total area will be open green space, which is quite good. 

There are 5 towers of 30 storeys each with a lot of amenities. We inquired about the 2 BHK in this project and found the Nyati Esteban II 2BHK price as Rs. 79 lakhs for the carpet area of 838 sq. ft. 

Coming back to Nyati Esteban II address, it is present on Undri Marg, next to Country Club, Nyati County, Undri, Pune, Maharashtra 411060. There are a lot of corporate offices, hospitals, and more near the project. My kid is in DPS and it is just 5 minutes away from the house, so it would be an ideal place. We are considering other options as well and feel that

is a good second option. 

I contacted the builder team of the project Nyati Esteban II to find details about the 3 BHK here. The carpet area of this project is 1214 sq. ft. and the Nyati Esteban II 3BHK price is Rs. 1.18 crores. Registered under RERA, the Nyati Esteban II RERA number is P52100053440. 

We were also told by their team that this is one of the tallest towers in Undri. But, the main attraction for this project is the amenities, which are a lot. The project has an outdoor gym, a party lawn, a pergola, a swimming pool, a tennis court, and more. 

We might just make the booking now as we like the project the best in comparison to the others we’ve gone to till now.
