While talking with a colleague, I learned that he lives in an apartment here. According to him, the apartments here are very spacious and have pleasant views. He also said that it has various amenities such as a jogging track, indoor games, a skating rink, a library, a party area, a basketball court, a gym, etc. Besides the amenities, it is also a few great locations in its vicinity, and those are,

He also told me that there are a few resale properties available there as well. After learning about these details from him, I have decided to visit and check out these properties. 

To learn about the Oberoi Esquire unit configuration, I visited the location of the project. A salesperson told me that they have 3 and 4 BHK units, which have a carpet area from 1491 sq. ft and 2538 sq. ft. onwards, respectively. He also told us that the starting price of the units is Rs. 6.7 Crore. I also learned that the project is ready to move, and Oberoi Esquire RERA number is P51800005229. I also trust the builder as for almost 40 years, Oberoi Realty has led the real estate sector. So I am planning to invest here. 

Last week, I visited the Oberoi Esquire location with a friend of mine to enquire about the resale properties available there. The project is located in Goregaon East, Mumbai, India. During the visitation, we met with the owner of the apartment, who informed us about the Oberoi Esquire unit size, which is a 3 BHK unit with a carpet area of 1900 sq. ft. After that, we checked out the apartment, which was an east facing apartment and was very spacious. It also receives a lot of natural light and fresh air. He also said that the Oberoi Esquire price of a 3 BHK is Rs. 9.35 Crore. Overall, I liked this project and am planning to book the 3 BHK unit here.
