We have a flat in this property and can shed some light on the living experience you can expect here. The Orchid Petals unit configuration has 3, 4 and 4 plus BHK homes. The area of the society is pretty huge, so you’ll have a decent space to stroll around, talk to people and do more. The gated security is professional and maintains peace in society. You also get bike parking here, although they could’ve worked more on that front.

But still, you can see this as a good option to have a home in Gurugram. I suggest you visit the society once and they take a call.

My partner and I checked out Orchid Petals last month and liked the flats here. We finalised the deal for the 4 BHK flat last Saturday. The area is big and well-kept. In addition to this, there are lots and lots of amenities on the property. You’ve got a tennis court, a party area, a basketball court, a jogging track, a badminton court, a rainwater harvesting plant, an indoor games area, visitor parking, etc. 

The condition of the flats seems nice, too and there is plenty of ventilation. Taking all these things into consideration, we booked the deal and recommend you give the site a visit.

Hello. I was looking for some Orchid Petals reviews at the time of scheduling a site visit. I got a mixed opinion about the property, but my experience of checking out a 3 BHK on sale was a good one.

Amongst the positives, I felt that the Orchid Petals location was a big plus. It is present in Sector 49, which is a decent area. There is a bus stop 500 metres away from the property. In terms of health essentials, you’ve got Ektaa Hospitals and Medanta 3 km and 7 km away, respectively. The best part is the commercial setup, where you have Omaxe Mall 1 km away, and PVR just 4 km from this society. The property area is also huge, comprising 37 acres of land. I think it’s a good place to reside and although my family and I are yet to make up our minds, we have kept this property at the top of the list.
