What are the Osian Chlorophyll, Porur, Chennai Reviews?

Sharing my Osian Chlorophyll reviews here. This is a great area to own a property; it's almost like living in a resort. During my holiday, I visited my brother's flat on this property. What I like the most here are as follows:

• There were, I believe, 10 large buildings, all of which were connected by walkways both below and above ground.

• Although it's colder inside the flat, the view from the top of this building was breathtaking, and they're located in a nice region. However, during the day, it feels hot, especially on the terrace.

• It has a well designed and built flat.

• The garden is also kept up nicely.

• There are two distinct swimming pools, one on the terrace and one on the ground. I won't reveal where they are, you have to go looking for them.

It is situated directly next to the Vanagaram tollgate, and the Ramachandra Medical College is 1 kilometer away. I have to admit, I have never seen a flat as amazing as this one. I will rate them 10 out of 10. 👍

I went to the Osian Chlorophyll location with my maternal uncle almost 9 months ago. The first thing my uncle loved was its location. This residential complex, located in Porur, was well-positioned to access commercial centers, major transportation links, healthcare services, and educational institutions. The property has greater expansion potential. Apart from that there was good parking available. 

The breathtaking view from the terrace was the other thing about this property that we both found most admirable. Every block was connected to every other block by a bridge located on its terrace. Incredibly well-designed. So, my uncle invested in a 1090 sq ft 2BHK flat. According to the sales manager, the Osian Chlorophyll price will only increase in future and offer a good return on investment (ROI). I will rate it 5 out of 5.

My sister visited this project a month ago. As I am also planning to take a 3 BHK flat in Porur, Chennai, I asked her to share her Osian Chlorophyll reviews. She said this is a lovely community with a green theme. It is spread across a large area of land, and each block is connected to the next by a jogging track that crosses the terraces. It is easily accessible and well-connected to the city and the expanding IT parks of Porur and DLF. 

She further said that the Osian Chlorophyll unit size is also big. Here, the property is well-maintained, and security is provided around-the-clock. The only issue, she found, was that the service roads that lead to the property are slightly congested. Overall, she rated this property 4.
