What are the Overseas Apartment Reviews, Sector 62, Noida?

My uncle has booked a 3 BHK apartment in an Overseas Apartment and I recently visited him. We stayed there for a week and I can say that the apartments are so well maintained with top class facilities. There are amenities like a swimming pool, gym, amphitheatre, ATM, rainwater harvesting and fire safety systems and more. We spent our evenings swimming and hanging out in the park, which was so blissful. 

Overall, I feel the property is excellent with amazing facilities. And, when I asked my uncle about RERA approval, he said the property is RERA approved with the Overseas Apartment RERA number, UPRERAPRJ15115.

Apart from all this, you can find this property next to Meghdoot Park. It is a vast park good for walks and leisure. For our 2700 sq ft 3BHK unit, the Overseas Apartment price was Rs. 1.21 Crores.

I invested in a 2 BHK flat in this project. As per the brochure, I found the rooms are very spacious with proper ventilation which allows fresh air into the home.
