Hi there. I saw you were looking for some Ozone Evergreens reviews. Since I own a flat here, I’d like to share my views about the property. The society is located on the Haralur Main Road in 1st Sector, Kasavanhalli. Area-wise, the property is pretty decent as there are several transport options available here. There’s the Bellandur bus station and Carmelaram Train Station near the society. When it comes to healthcare, there’s the Annayya Hospital and Manipal Hospital Sarjapaur Road, which fall close by. All these aspects make the Ozone Evergreens location a good one to live in.
The 2 BHK that we reside in has a decent area. It has a carpet area of 750 sq. ft., which offers a bit of a limit but gives us enough space to organise the house. Overall, the flats are good and if you’re looking for a resale flat, this can be considered.

My partner and I were quite impressed with the space offered in the 3 BHK here. The Ozone Evergreens unit size is over 1300 sq. ft. in carpet area, which in our view is big and spacious. A friend of ours suggested we have a look at the flat on resale last month. Another good thing here is the range of amenities on offer. In the society, you get an ATM, a badminton court, a basketball court, a jogging track, a tennis court, visitor’s parking, a swimming pool and more. We’ve decided to go ahead with the apartment. Our recommendation would be to check out the place and then make a call.

Hello. We recently went to check out the 3 BHK properties on sale. We’ve been on the lookout for a 3 BHK home in Bengaluru for a while now. We wanted a resale flat and this one seems quite nice.
There are over 900 flats here across a big area of 9 acres. There’s sufficient space for both car and bike parking. The society is 10 years old but we were impressed with its condition as the maintenance shows.
As far as the Ozone Evergreens unit configuration is concerned, you’ll also find 2 and 4 BHK apart from 3 BHK flats. The area is another thing which had us interested as Kasavanhalli is near Sarjapur-Marathahalli Road. There are lots of supermarkets like Multiplex Hypermarket, The Eco Store and Plus Point.
We went ahead to check for the Ozone Evergreens RERA number to be sure of the legal clearances. We found the number to be PRM/KA/RERA/1252/305/2015.
There is one thing though. The main road in front receives heavy traffic during peak hours which makes it difficult to get in and out of the place. However, we do like the flat and are considering it.
