I was unhappy with the poor-quality packing materials their workers used. They wrapped my glassware in thin paper instead of bubble wrap, resulting in several broken pieces. Additionally, my TV arrived with scratches on the black screen because the workers placed it in a flimsy cardboard box. It was evident that they did not handle my items carefully and failed to provide enough protection while transporting, leading to damages. 

I hired Pacific Packers and Movers Bangalore to transport my car, but my car was delivered to me with one of the side mirrors broken, which was frustrating. However, their customer service explained that the damages happened during unloading and agreed to compensate me for the repairs. So the customer service handled the situation quite well by providing timely support and a refund. While the damage was unfortunate, their positive response helped solve the problem and made my experience less stressful.

I shifted my goods from Bangalore to Hyderabad with Pacific Packers and Movers because of their good Google ratings but it was not a good decision. Although their sales team talked professionally, their execution of the work was miserable from the beginning. Here is a list of problems I faced:
