Last week, I went to visit Pacifica Aurum Pride as I was looking for a 3 BHK apartment. I came to know about them from my brother-in-law. After visiting the property, I learned that they have various amenities.
The overall vibe of the property seemed nice to me and thus I decided to book a 3 BHK unit. But before that, I asked about the Pacifica Aurum Pride possession date and project area. They told me that the property was ready to move and the area was 140.00 acres. They also told me that the property was vastu compliant, post which I took my decision of booking a unit.

Few weeks back, I went to visit the Pacifica Aurum Pride project along with my father. The Pacifica Aurum Pride location was Padur, Tamil Nadu 603103. After arriving at the location, my father started asking about the Pacifica Aurum Pride price list.
Following that, my father also asked about the RERA number which they said was TN/01/Building/0181/2019. They asked about the apartment configuration that we were interested in to which we mentioned 2 BHK. Thus, they told us about the Pacifica Aurum Pride 2BHK price, which was starting from Rs. 65 Lakhs onwards. After looking around the property, my father suggested that I book a unit in this project.
