What are the Parcelwaala Express Pvt Ltd Hyderabad Review?

Parcelwaala Express Pvt Ltd Hyderabad, provided the worst service I've ever experienced. They acted as middlemen, taking a cut and shipping your items through the cheapest transport available. As a result, several of our furniture and kitchen items broke during the transit. They didn’t mention insurance, likely to avoid using quality carriers, and even if you take it, they’ll avoid responsibility for damages. I tried posting a negative review in Google, but they labelled it as fake, and now the review is not visible. 

I had a good experience with Parcelwaala Express Pvt Ltd Hyderabad but their customer service is poor. They picked up my goods from Hyderabad on time, used good-quality packaging materials, and their team seemed professional, so overall it was a good experience, but my delivery was delayed. When I tried to contact them, neither of them answered the call nor anyone bothered to inform me of the cause behind it. I received my goods around 6 hours late, and the driver mentioned that the vehicle broke down in the middle of the road, hence the delay. As a customer, I think it is their responsibility to inform us about our goods' location; hence, I will rate them 3/ 5. 

Parcelwaala Express Pvt Ltd Hyderabad was neither too good nor too bad for me. On the positive side, their service included careful packing and timely door-to-door delivery, which was convenient. The availability of online tracking made it easy for me to follow the parcel’s journey, and the staff was polite throughout. However, they acted as brokers, which led to varying quality of transportation. I had to follow up a few times to get updates, and their pricing was slightly higher compared to other options. Overall, a decent service with room for improvement. I will rate them 2/ 5 in my Parcelwaala Express Pvt Ltd Hyderabad review.

Had the worst experience ever with Parcelwaala Express Pvt Ltd Hyderabad. I wish I could give a zero or negative rating. I booked a parcel from Hyderabad to Bangalore on the 10th, promised delivery by the 14th, but received it on the 22nd. I had to chase them daily, and Vijay Singh never once answered my calls. Their customer service is pathetic. Every day they promised to deliver the parcel the next day, but it never happened. It was a nightmare. Please avoid availing of their service.
