Hi, I’ve been to this Parkwest Sequoia Tower 11 location, which is near Cinepolis Binnypet, Jagajeevanram Nagar, Bangalore. Also, this project is strategically located near these places,

  • 1.5 km from Rajaji Nagar.

  • 2 km from Malleshwaram.

  • Just 3 Kms from the City’s Metro Hub

  • 2 km from the City Railway Station

  • 7.6 km MG Road

  • 6.9 km Iskcon Temple

  • 3 km Kempegowda Bus Station

Though this is an under construction project and the expected Parkwest Sequoia Tower 11 possession date is Dec 2028, I’ve pre booked an unit here. Overall, I am happy with this project. People want to invest in this locality should surely visit the project.

I recently visited this project, and I am so much impressed with it that I’ve pre-booked a unit here. I am going to share my experience in this Parkwest Sequoia Tower 11 review. Sequoia is a newly launched tower. Some of the project highlights are as follows,

  • Modern video door entry system in every apartment

  • Private sky-lounges for unmatched elegance

  • Tailored swimming pool for women

I have already booked a unit here. Hoping for a quick possession.
