I wanted to share my honest opinion regarding the Parth Developers Kiona project. I visited the site a few weeks ago with my family. The exact Parth Kiona address is HPJF+FMM, Maan, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411057. The location and the architectural layouts that the developer is providing are the main reasons we really liked the project. Our family was delighted with the lovely room sizes they are providing.
The quality of construction is exceptional, and the attention to detail I believe will be evident throughout our new home. Some world-class amenities we liked are.
Bonfire Area,
Kids Play Area,
Party/Event Area,
Open Gym,
Party Lawn with Stage,
Sit-Out Area,
Mini Amphitheatre,
Serving Counter,
Floor Chess, and so on.
The Parth Kiona possession date we received is December 2029. I would recommend this to anyone who is searching for a decent house to make a reservation with Parth Developers.

I recently booked a property at Parth Kiona, and I must say that it was a brilliant choice. The location is amazing, as it is a roadside property with the best view. This project is.

4 minutes from Mahindra International School,
7 minutes from Grand Highstreet,
8 minutes from Xion Mall,
7 minutes from Sanjeevani Multispecialty Hospital,
7 minutes from Shri Ganesh Mandir, Hinjewadi Chowk, and so on.
I also liked this project has RERA approval, with the Parth Kiona RERA number P52100055852. The staff delivers excellent service, constantly attentive and willing to assist. They ensured that the entire procedure went smoothly. I am looking forward to moving in and enjoying everything this property will offer.

Parth Kiona Hinjewadi has significant features, such as two-bedroom flats in a 22-story building on a 4.5-acre land. Parth Developers created this outstanding project. It is a reputable name in Pune's real estate market, as everyone knows. They received over five awards and have thirty-four years of expertise. I bought a property here because I adored its 30+ facilities and accessibility to schools, hospitals, shops, and the Hinjewadi IT Park. I also found the Parth Kiona price affordable. Overall, I will rate it 4 out of 5.
