The owner assured me reimbursement for damages during transportation but has since ignored my calls and messages. This unprofessionalism was shocking. I strongly advise against using their services. Do not ever trust Patel packers & movers Indore. Irresponsible and bluff masters. I relocated to Mumbai from Indore and was promised a bigger truck, but they sent a smaller one, tightly squeezing my belongings. No one came to unload; I had to pay extra to local labour. My sofa leg and printer flap were broken. Unprofessional, dishonest, and irresponsible. I regret not reading Patel packers & movers Indore reviews before booking. Beware!
