I recently visited the Patel Smondo location, which was in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana. So, I am sharing my Smondo Gachibowli review here.

My father asked me to purchase a Vastu-compliant apartment, and after some research, I found out about it. After visiting the property, we learned about the amenities they were offering, such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, badminton court, basketball court, etc. My father loved it very much and instantly asked me to purchase an apartment in Smondo Gachibowli.

I was looking for a spacious house in Hyderabad when a friend of mine suggested me to check out Smondo Gachibowli. I visited the project and asked about the Patel Smondo unit configuration. The executive provided me with a list, which I have added below.

A few weeks back, I came across a Patel Smondo Gachibowli Review. From the review, I learned about the amenities of the project and also the size of the units and their prices. I also wanted to know about the advantages location-wise, and thus I visited the project. After visiting, I learned that this project is close to

  • Hitech City, 4.3 km 

  • Himagiri Hospitals, 3.2 km

  • Meridian School, 3.7 km

  • Manthan International School, 5.5 km

  • PVR: Cyberabad, 3.2 km

  • Spar Hypermarket, 2.7 km 

Since everything was to my liking, I bought an apartment there.
