What are The Peach Jasmine CGHS Reviews, Sector 31, Gurgaon?

It has been 3 years since we bought an apartment in The Peach Jasmine CGHS and things have been extremely comfortable. The wide range of amenities in this project are really exceptional. Our entire family is fitness conscious and the gym inside the compartment has made it easier for us to focus on our workouts without having to go outside. There are other amenities which I am listing below‌.

This is not it. The apartments are vastu compliant which was the major convincing factor for our family.

We have been living here for a year now and I can share my The Peach Jasmine CGHS reviews. The property is well maintained and very secure. We are a family of 7 people and we found the apartment very airy and open. The Peach Jasmine CGHS location was a major plus factor for us as 

• Jharsa Chowk bus station is just 0.8 km away.

• Gurgaon bus station is within 3.3 kms.

• The closest metro station is in Shalimar Huda City Centre, which is 3.3 kms away.

• The Medanta Medicity hospital is just within 2.2 kms.

• The Ryan International School is just 0.9 kms away.

• PVR Cinemas is within 2.6 kms

• Huda Market is 0.5 kms away from the property.

Besides these, there are a number of other shopping malls and cinema halls within the radius of 4-5 kms. 

We were looking for a 3 BHK apartment in Sector 31, Gurgaon and last month, we visited The Peach Jasmine CGHS. I can tell you some necessary information about this property. The project is spread across 3 acres and The Peach Jasmine CGHS unit configuration is 3 BHK apartments, starting from Rs. 170 Cr. What we found really impressive was the ample amount of parking space and the security systems. The rooms are also quite spacious and well-ventilated. There is also a separate jogging track which I found really convenient for my father, who likes to go on walks.
