What are the Pinal Pramukh Krupa, Mulund West, Mumbai Reviews?

Hi, my partner and I have been on the lookout for a house in Mumbai after our marriage. We have gone on site to several projects and we went to see this one last month. I’ll be sharing my opinions through a review here.

The locality of Mulund West is pretty nice and ideal for us as my office is close by. A thing which attracted us quite a lot was the amenities. There is a yoga deck, an outdoor theatre, a reading pergola, a water cascade, a sky gazing deck, and more.

I also inquired about the Pinal Pramukh Krupa RERA number, which is P51800050490. We have a good feeling about this project and although we are yet to make up our minds, we have this at the top of our list. 

The Pinal Pramukh Krupa possession date, which is given as March 2027 is somewhat okay for us as it will be a convenient time to finally move into a house of our own.

We heard about this project from one of our close friends and went to check it out a couple of weeks ago. What gained our interest was the locality, with every essential just around the corner.  There is R-Mall, Korum Mall, and Viviana Mall nearby, with Fortis, Jupiter, and Upasani Hospitals a 10-minute drive. 

We were in search of a 3 BHK, which we were told comes with a balcony. There are retail and commercial spaces to be built inside the project, so it’ll be a good thing to just walk across and get your essentials.

I also asked about the Pinal Pramukh Krupa unit size, which was told to me in terms of carpet area, the 3 BHK has a decent range between 1077 to 1246 sq. ft. Amongst all the projects we have been to thus far, this is the one we’ve liked the most.

Although the Pinal Pramukh Krupa 3BHK price of Rs. 3.97 crores seemed a little high, we are considering making a deal for this project.

Hello, I saw you wanted a Pinal Pramukh Krupa review and since I visited this property last month, I can share mine. This property is located on the junction of MG Road and GG Road in Mulund West, which is a locality we have been eyeing for a house in Mumbai. 

The Pinal Pramukh Krupa unit configuration comprises 1, 2, and 3 BHK flats across a small land area of 0.4 acres. The units are also limited, with a total of 98 flats in this project.

We had our interest in the 1 BHK here, so we asked about the Pinal Pramukh Krupa 1BHK price, which starts at Rs. 3.13 crore. 

We liked everything here but the price point just didn’t work out for us. So, we opted out of booking this project. However, I do recommend you give this project a visit once to see if you like it.
