The Pioneer Park price for the flats began at Rs 1.3 crore. Since he lived alone, he went for the 2 BHK flat. The flat cost him Rs 1.45 crore and it was within his budget.

My Nephew stayed in Noida, he wanted to invest in properties in Gurgaon. A search led him to Pioneer Park. He wanted to be sure of the legal scope of the project. When he asked about Pioneer Park possession date the manager said it was completed in May 2023.
Apart from offering Vastu compliant apartments, this project also offers several amenities like a children’s play area, swimming pool, indoor games zone and rainwater harvesting. Overall, he was happy and decided to book a flat here.

Nikesh, my friend who stays in Gurgaon, wanted to invest in properties there. He had heard of positive Pioneer Park reviews from many people. He decided to visit the project. Pioneer Park Location is at Golf Course Ext Rd, Sector 61 in Gurgaon. The location is quite strategic with close proximity to 4 metro stations,
Sector 55-56: only 9 mins
Sector 54 Chowk: only 18 mins
Sector 53-54: only 14 mins
Sector 42-43: only 15 mins
Apart from the metro stations, there are several hospitals nearby. One of the most renowned one is the Artemis Hospital Gurgaon, which is just 14 mins from the project.
More Supermarket is also located closeby only 3.2 km.
The connectivity looked very inviting to Nikesh who decided to go ahead and invest in a flat here.
