What are the Piramal Aranya Reviews, Byculla East, Mumbai?

People have different priorities for purchasing an apartment. For me, amenities were the most important aspect of purchasing an apartment. My friend told me that this project has quite a lot of amenities, and thus, I planned to visit it. After visiting, I asked about the amenities they were offering. An executive provided me with a huge list, and from the list, here are a few that stood out.

The executive also told me that the project is around 14.00 acres big and has very good security 24/7. After learning about these, I decided to book a 3 BHK unit for the project. Now, I am just waiting on a few paperwork. 

A few weeks back, I visited this project after coming across a few Piramal Aranya reviews. From them, I learned about the location of the project, which is 593, ES Patanwala Marg, Byculla East, Byculla, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400010, India. I visited the location and asked about the Piramal Aranya Price, which they told me was starting from Rs. 4.5 Crore. The executive also told me about the locational advantages of the property, which are.

• Byculla Station (E), 0.9 km

• Dhansura Eye Clinic, 1.2 km 

• Prince Aly Khan Hospital, 2.7 km

• House Flicks by J. Pereira, 1.1 km

After learning about these, I booked a 2 BHK unit for this project.

I visited the Avyan building of this project. After arriving at the project, the first thing I asked was the Piramal Aranya RERA number. They informed me that the RERA number for the Avyan building was P51900003324. Following this, I enquired about the Piramal Aranya unit size. The executive told me they have 2 BHK, and 3 BHKs all over the project, but the Avyan building has 4 BHKs as well. He also informed me that residents will have a view of the 60-acre verdant botanical gardens and glistening Mumbai Eastern Harbour from this building. This seemed lucrative to me, and I planned to book a 4 BHK unit.
