I took sofa cleaning from them as my sofa placed in the living room had caught a lot of dust and had stains too. They came a couple of hours late and vacuumed the sofa. It was okay till there. After that, I don’t know what they used, but there was no change in the stains. They did their work and left. The sofa felt okay to sit on, but the stain was still there. I don’t think they have a good and trained team.

I took the house cleaning service after going through several good PK Facility services Mumbai reviews. I first thought that they were professional as they responded well. However, on the day of the cleaning, their team arrived 4 hours late. After that, they did not clean all the places well. The kitchen had cobwebs, which were removed, but the sink and cabinets were still a bit dirty. I won’t book them again.

We have a 2 BHK apartment in Vikhroli. I booked the service for house cleaning in July. It was an okay job done by their team. They did not deeply clean anything, which we wanted. So, considering the price point, they should look to train their workers and provide better service as we pay so much.
