What are the Platinum 17 East, Balewadi, Pune Reviews?

The Platinum 17 East unit configuration includes 3 BHK units. 

However, I am not inclined to buy a unit here because I think the price is a bit high. So I am checking out another project in the locality named,

. I liked this project and am planning to book a 3 BHK here.

Before investing in any project I was a bit skeptical and wanted to ensure the authenticity. As a result, I asked the sales team about the Platinum 17 East RERA number. To this, I learned that this is a RERA registered project and the RERA number is P52100049005. They also said that the project is still under construction and the expected Platinum 17 East possession date is March 2026. On enquiring the sales team about the project specifications I learned that they are providing vitrified tiles in the living, dining, and master bedrooms. Also, branded CP fittings for the bathrooms.  Overall, my experience was satisfactory. Hence, I am planning to pay the booking amount.

Hello, One of my friends booked a 3 BHK unit here. His Platinum 17 East review was quite insightful and made me plan a visit to this project over the weekend.  I’ve heard that the Platinum 17 East location is lucrative. As it offers excellent access to bus and metro stations. Along with several schools, hospitals, and utility places. I am currently working as a senior hospital staff at Life Line Hospital, which is only 0.6 km or 2 mins from the project. 

Apart from this, I liked the location because of its proximity to,

• Balewadi Phata Bus Stop- 2 mins

• Chhatrapati Chowk Bus Stop- 16 mins

• Sakal Nagar Metro station- 13 mins

• Just 14.12 Kms from Pune International Airport

• Also, there are several nearby schools, hospitals, and shopping centres like, 

1. The Orchid School- 3 mins

2. Dhanwantari Hospital- 6 mins

3. Primrose Mall, and Golden Empire 4 and 7 mins respectively

It is because of its strategic location, I believe it is a spectacular residential setup. I will be able to share a few more insights once I visit this project over the weekend.
