Last week, I visited the Platinum Parksyde location to learn more about it after I learned about this project from a friend. My motive behind visiting this was to invest. I asked them for a tour of the demo apartment. During the tour, I saw that the apartments were very spacious. The salesperson also told me that all of their apartments are Vastu compliant as well. After this, I asked about the Platinum Parksyde price and unit configuration. I have added the configuration list below.

After learning about this project, I started searching for a few Platinum Parksyde reviews. I came across a few reviews, and from that, I was able to learn about the Platinum Parksyde address, which was Plot no.62C, Sector 30, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410210. I visited the location and spoke to a sales representative, who provided me with a brochure of the project. The brochure contained a list of amenities about the project, such as a swimming pool, basketball court, gym, badminton court, party area, community hall, shopping centre, clubhouse, etc. Besides these, they also have CCTV cameras and security to keep the premises safe. The project is still under construction, and I have bought a 2 BHK apartment here.

I have gone by this project a couple of times while commuting. So, a few days back, I decided to visit the location and gather some details about this project. One of the first things that I asked about was the Platinum Parksyde possession date, which was December 2027. This was very important for me as I was looking for an apartment where I could have fast possessions. I also asked about the Platinum Parksyde RERA number, which they told me was P52000046110. Overall, I was impressed with this project and bought a 2 BHK apartment in the project. I hope this helps.
