When I was visiting Poetree to see whether or not I would like to invest in this project, I was quite appealed by its location. The Poetree address ensures some pretty good locational advantages. For example, the Kasavanahalli and Junnasandra Gate bus stops are nearby, both at a distance of 2.0 km, and 1.4 km. The Karmelaram train station is within 4.1 km. Orchids International School is just 2.8km away from the property. The immediate healthcare, the Sure Fountain Medical Centre is 3.5km away. If you feel like watching a movie, PVR and 7D Voyage are just 4km away and there is a Stop and Shop just 2km away for daily shopping and basic needs. Such a convenient location made me even more interested in this property.

I found out about Poetree when I was looking for some property to invest in recently. When I did some research I found out that this property offers unit configuration of 2 and 3 BHK apartments, and the project is spread across 2 acres of land. I also got to know about the builder of the project, Essem18 Constructions. In Bangalore, this group is a well-known real estate developer. The group has also built gated communities, apartments, and row houses. The team makes sure that a project is properly planned before it is carried out. Customer satisfaction and timely project completion have been the builder's top priorities and there are all the modern amenities. Essem 18 Poetree, Essem 18 Ele Vana, and Essem 18 Le Terrace are a few of its developments. The project was completed in June 2017. I am looking forward to investing in this project.

I recently booked a 3 BHK apartment on this property, so I will give a Poetree review over here. Firstly, I will talk about the impressive amenities of this place. Let me tell you that this property offers all the basic amenities, like a lift, a refreshing pool, a gym. The society also has a reliable power backup so working from home is convenient. There is a children’s play area as well which is good since I have two small kids. The Poetree price for a 3 BHK resale flat of 1,511 sq. ft. is Rs. 2 Cr. This property is also RERA approved and the Poetree RERA Number is PRM/KA/RERA/1250/304/PR/171027/000774. I have quite a positive Poetree review because of all this.
