Though this project is under construction now and the Prasanna Param possession date is December 2027, I am planning to book a 2 BHK by next year, so what I liked the most was the location. The Prasanna Param address is near the community table, New Wakad-Hinjewadi Link. Road, and Wakad being one of the prime areas in Pune, it gives a huge return on investment.
The project is just 300 metres away from the metro station
Bhumkar Chowk is around 5 mins from here
Indira college is around 7 mins away
Phoenix Mall is just 8 mins from the project
Ruby hall clinic is around 9 mins away
The project is also close to D-Mart, which is 15 mins away
So, I would say it’s a nice project if you’re looking for a long-term investment.

My uncle booked a 3 BHK apartment here, and when we visited the project a few months back, I found the space quite appealing, with some necessary and luxurious amenities. The project structure is RCC framed and earthquake resistant, and there are power coated aluminium sliding windows with M. S Grill. There is a provision for exhaust fan and water purifier as well. Besides, I also found some great amenities here, which I am listing below.

My wife and I booked a 2 BHK apartment in this project, so sharing our Prasanna Param reviews, I can say that the project has 2 and 3 BHK unit configurations, with 22 floors, a large parking space, and around 65% open space, which makes it really spacious. You will find over 30 amenities here, such as a landscape garden, swimming pool, clubhouse, multipurpose court, and so on. I have also shared the Prasanna Param price below.
