This is a gated society with a professional security team, covering all the entrances. You also get a dedicated spot for bike parking, which is big enough for everyone.
In terms of the Pravasi Industrial Estate location, there are several commute options in the form of Goregaon bus stop, Aarey and Goregaon East Metro Station and Goregaon Train station.
The best part is the construction of flats as per Vastu. The builder took care of constructing everything by following Vastu, which was quite important for us at the time of buying the house. If you are looking for a resale property, this society is a good pick.

I went to see a resale flat with my father in this society last week. The Pravasi Industrial Estate unit configuration had 1 BHK flat, which was suitable for us. Everything seemed great in terms of the space, ventilation, room for sunlight and maintenance. However, we were not able to go ahead with the deal as the budget we had didn’t match the seller’s price. Having said that, this is a good society and if you do have interest, check it out.

We finalised the purchase of the 1 BHK flat in this property in June and moved in last month. From the brief period we’ve lived here, the reviews are positive from our side. The maintenance staff takes care of the society, and amenities like the gym, CCTV, AC, community hall, tennis court, etc function well.
