We checked out the apartment available for sale on this property. The place was at the top of our priority list as the flat and the location are ideal. The Prestige Acropolis price which was quoted to us was Rs. 15,710 per sq. ft. This is an okay rate for a locality like Koramangala. We did like the offerings as a whole. You have several amenities like a swimming pool, gym, visitor’s parking, aerobics room, ATM, badminton court, jogging track and more. The overall place looks like a good investment option and we are considering making an offer.

I recently finalized the deal for a flat in Acropolis by Prestige. I moved in with my family a couple of weeks back and the experience has been on the positive side thus far. Although this is a society that is more than a decade old, maintenance is a thing to appreciate. The surrounding community is also great, however, the staff needs to improve.
They don’t communicate politely and they need to be trained to talk to the residents. Apart from this one thing, the flats are good in space and you’ll have a nice time having a house in Acropolis.
The Prestige Acropolis RERA number is KA/RERA/123456, in case you are wondering about the legal clearances. The property is a bit expensive, but it would be worth it in the long term in my view.
