I went to the society a month ago with my partner to find out the Prestige Plaza price and more. The locality around the society is quite developed and Pimpri-Chinchwad is amongst the good areas to live in Pune. After getting to know about the facilities here, we made a deal for the resale flat a couple of days ago.
To further talk about the Prestige Plaza address, it is located in Sector 24, Dattawadi in Akurdi. The connectivity was a big factor for us, which we believe is quite good in Prestige Plaza. You’ve got the Akurdi and Pimpri train stations nearby, and amongst hospitals, there is Ashwini Hospital and Kartik Hospital close to the project.
I believe you should first go and see the society before deciding anything, as it will give you the best idea.

I am writing this Prestige Plaza review to share my opinion of this property. I went there with my mother a while ago. My mother and I really liked the location and features all around Prestige Plaza. The amenities are a lot too, with a maintenance staff, CCTV camera, a security staff, a park, power backup and more.
All of this made us quite interested. However, we felt the house was a little pricey. So, we went ahead with negotiating a bit and were able to finalise the resale. I give a thumbs up to this property and if you find a house here, you should consider it as an option in my opinion.

We went to check out the flat available here last Sunday. We liked everything, from the house interiors to the buildings, the amenities and even the people there. Pimpri Chinchwad has smooth connectivity, so that was another factor that made us consider the house. But, things went south when the seller quoted a pretty high price, exceeding our budget. So, we had to give up the flat. But, you can check it out to see if you like it.
