What are the Primark Northwave, Bahadurpally, Hyderabad, Reviews?

Hello. I first contacted the builder team, asking about the Primark Northwave unit configuration. I found that there are 2 and 3 BHK flats and as I was in search of a 2 BHK, I decided to visit the project.

Apart from the good locality and facilities in this project, what attracted my attention was the amenities here. There is open-air aerobics, a yoga place with a semi-covered pergola, a trampoline garden, a BBQ counter under the pergola, a pet park, a temple zone, a skating rink, a cricket pitch and many other amenities.

Approved by RERA, the Primark Northwave RERA number is P02200007723. So, to sum it up, I have a positive view of this project as of now and I am considering buying a flat here soon. House purchase is a matter which you should see after looking at your needs and preferences. So, like others here, I also recommend you first visit it.

So my partner and I checked out this project which is situated in Bahadurpally and our first impressions of the project were quite nice. We were inquiring about a 2 BHK in this property. The carpet area which was told to us had a range between 847 to 854 sq. ft. with a plinth area between 1029 to 1033 sq. ft. which is also nice in my opinion.

I then went on to ask about the Primark Northwave 2BHK price and was told that the per square feet price for this project is Rs. 4699.

As far as the Primark Northwave possession date is concerned, the date is November 2028, which is quite later than the date we have in mind to move in. So, we had to drop this property from our potential flat list. However, the project overall is a good deal if you can wait till 2028. So, I suggest you check it out first.

Hi there. I booked a 3 BHK flat in Primark Northwave about three weeks ago. So, I can share my Primark Northwave review with you through this platform. This property has 2 and 3 BHK apartments in a huge area of 13.5 acres with a total of 1026 units. There are 14 blocks in total with each building having 9 floors each.

The Primark Northwave location is Bahadurpally, which suited us the most out of all the other projects. In terms of connectivity, the Medak – Narsapur Road, Outer Ring Road, Exit-5 and NH 44 are 15 minutes away. The Gundlapochampally Railway Station is also in the same distance. A lot of tech parks like Mahindra Satyam, Apparel Export etc are close to the project. 

Coming to the Primark Northwave unit size, the carpet area of the 3 BHK ranges from 1057 to 1157 sq. ft. with the house having East and West facing options. In all, this project is a good one with all-round facilities in my opinion.
