I had a decent experience with Prime Packers and Movers. I was relocating my office from Delhi to Gurgaon, and they made the process smooth. The team was professional, and they provided reasonable pricing. They handled all my office furniture and equipment carefully, and everything arrived in perfect condition. However, one thing that they need to work on is their customer service which is not responsive.

The Prime Packers and Movers Chennai reviews are proven true in my experience. They quoted me Rs. 10,000 but after loading my stuff, they demanded Rs. 19,000! It was too late for me to back out, so I had to pay the extra. To make things worse, few of my favorite belongings were damaged, especially my glass bowl sets, lamps and photo frames. Also, there were dents on my scooter and fridge. Don’t trust their fake promises like I did, customer service is never of any help and the worst thing is that I haven’t got any compensation at all even after filing multiple complaints. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else.

My experience with Prime Packers and Movers was not that great. They gave the bill with delivery within 2-3 days but my items were stuck in their godown for over a week. Every time I called, they gave me a different excuse. I was in my new house without any of my things for a week, which was so frustrating. In the end, they delivered in the middle of the night, and the driver demanded extra money. One good thing was that my belongings were not damaged, but their customer service is baseless. I regret hiring them and strongly advise others to avoid them.
