What are the Pristine Allure Reviews, Kharadi, Pune?

I visited the project around last month, and although I’m looking for more options in Kharadi, let me still share with you my opinions about this one. I liked the project’s promising ROI, and this is especially because of the Pristine Allure address. It is near Sarthi School Kharadi, Sainath Nagar, and to give you a brief idea about the builder, Pristine Properties has 39 years of experience with over 38 projects delivered. Let me tell you about some of the project’s USPs. 

• Land parcel is 5 acres

• Total Unit - 672 unit

• 8 Residential Towers

• 14 storey building

• Video door phone in each flat

• CCTV monitoring in common areas

When I enquired about the Pristine Allure price, I found it starts from Rs. 75 lakhs, which I think is affordable for a property in Pune. 

I heard about this project at my high school reunion party and I was intrigued to know how well-known the property is. Since my wife and I were thinking about an investment in Pune for a while, hearing all the good Pristine Allure reviews made me more inclined towards visiting the project. Before visiting, my wife wanted to do a quick background check, and we found that the property is verified and has approval from RERA. I found the RERA ID to be P52100045237. On visiting the property, we found lots of exciting features and amenities, which include a swimming pool, earthquake resistance structure, anti-skid flooring for toilets and attached balconies, fire alarm systems, pleasure spa, party lawn, and so many other things. 

The Pristine Allure reviews seemed quite promising hence I visited the project myself and found it a great one. I was looking for a 2BHK so as soon as I learned about the Pristine Allure 2BHK price, Rs 75 lakh onwards, I went to check out this project. I am not very sure about the prices of 2.5 and 3 BHK but can share the floor plan that I have, here:

The apartments are going to be quite spacious hence it will be a great decision to invest here. I will rate this project 4.7/ 5 and will suggest you consider investing here

I believe it's better to invest in properties than in gold. I can get good ROI from it hence I visited this under-construction project and found it quite appealing. The Pristine Allure location is great. It is located near Sarthi School Kharadi, Sainath Nagar, Kharadi. I enquired about project details and found that:

• The pristine Allure project area is 5 acres

• This project will have only 5 buildings with 672 units

• Pristine Allure price list starts from Rs 75 lakhs

• It will have 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments

• The Pristine Allure Possession date is December 2027

I am all set to book a 2.5 or 3 BHK here by the end of this year and will highly recommend you visit this project at least once.

I was looking for the Pristine Allure 3bhk price but learned from the sales team that they are yet to declare the 3 BHK prices. This project is at the top of my investment list mainly because of its location. This project is near my husband’s office near the major IT sector of Kharadi and close to several malls, schools, colleges and other essential places. We found this project a good one mainly because it meets our requirements related to location so you can consider this project as per your needs. However, I will say it is a great project so your investment here will be worth it.
