My father learned about the Provident Harmony and asked me to visit it. I visited the property and asked about the Provident Harmony RERA ID. I was informed that it was PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/AG/180205/001849. The executive also told me about a few locational advantages of the property, which are

  • Mestripalya Bus Stand

  • Thanisandra Train Stations

  • Manipal Hospital Hebbal

  • Legacy School

  • PVR MSR

  • TRENDS

  • The Big Market

I informed my father of the same and he has contacted a property expert to do some due diligence. I think we will be investing here if everything turns out fine.

I was looking for a 3BHK apartment in the Thanisandra area as this area is close to my office. A colleague of mine told me about the Provident Harmony project, and I decided to visit it. During my visit, I enquired about the Provident Harmony unit configuration. The person present there informed me that they only have 3 BHK units of various configurations and shared a list. I have added the list below.

After viewing this, I decided to purchase a 3 BHK unit for which I had to pay Rs. 95 Lakhs.

Last month, I visited the Provident Harmony location at Chokkanahalli Main Rd, Sri Balaji Krupa Layout, RK Hegde Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka. After visiting the project, I asked them about the amenities. The sales executive told me that they were providing amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, jogging track, tennis court, etc. After this, I decided to look around the project, and during that, I also learned that they also had rainwater harvesting and power backup. The project seemed well-secured as it had good arrangements for security personnel and CCTV cameras. I am considering purchasing an apartment here, just waiting for some paperwork to come through.
