Hi, I recently purchased a 3 BHK flat for resale in this society. Before visiting the place, I read a lot of Puja Navarathna reviews, so I would like to help you with mine. This is a society on Sarjapur Road, East Taluk in Chikkakannalli opposite Wipro. The Puja Navarathna location is something which urged me to visit the house in the first place. You can reach the Doddakannelli bus stop with a 400m walk and the Carmelaram train station is just 1.5 km away. You also have Manipal Hospital 4 km from the society in case of any health emergency. So, there is a nice balance of all the needs around the society. As the locality has a lot of commercial offices, it’s a benefit to have a flat here.
I also checked the Puja Navarathna RERA number and the society has got the approval from the authorities with the RERA ID PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/AG/180205/001849. I am quite happy with the purchase and you can surely look at this society as an option.

My partner and I visited this property to inquire about a 2 BHK which was up for sale. Since we were looking for a similar property in Bangalore, this was the ideal opportunity for us to buy a house. Our first impression of this property was good. The society has a good space to park vehicles and professional security at the gates.
The maintenance staff is there to keep the cleanliness in check. We were impressed by the amenities on offer here. There is a gym, a children’s play area, a swimming pool, an aerobics room, a jogging path, visitor’s parking and more. The flat’s condition was pretty nice. We also noticed a lot of windows, which improved the house's ventilation and let a lot of sunlight enter. Overall, we both like the property and have been in talks with the seller to come to a point of agreement to finalise the deal.

Hello there. We’ve had a 2 BHK apartment here for a while now. You also get 3 BHK flats here if you ask me about the Puja Navarathna unit configuration. The property area is decent, with a total of 1.26 acres of land coverage. You get a decent open space in the form of various amenities here. At the time of buying the property, the Puja Navarathna 2BHK price cost me around Rs. 50 lakhs, which was a bit over my budget, but the flat and the locality of Sarjapur had me interested.
