What are the Purva Westend, Kudlu Gate, Bangalore Reviews?

We were searching for a 3 BHK home in Bangalore after permanently moving here. Luckily, we found a good deal in the form of a resale flat in Purva Westend. We had inquired about the Purva Westend unit configuration. There are 2,3 and 3.5 BHK flats here, which matched our flat preference. So, we gave the flat a visit.

Apart from many other positives, we found the Purva Westend location to be perfect. You have the Mangammanapalya and Madiwala Police Station bus stop about 10 minutes from the project. When it comes to essentials, you have the Aswad and Matthew Hospitals about 4-5 km away from the property. We made the deal a while ago and will be moving in soon. Overall, we think it's a great place to live.

Hey, I came across your query and would like to share my opinion of this property. I went there to see a flat up for resale. The Purva Westend 2 BHK unit size had me and my family interested as the carpet area is 776 sq. ft. which is pretty nice. There is quite a lot of open space, too, with bike and car parking for the residents. Even the nearby area is well developed and you’ve got a lot of things when it comes to entertainment. The Gopalan Innovation Mall is a 20-minute drive and the Shopmeralist is 2.5 km away. Although all the things looked favourable for us, we didn’t go ahead with the deal as the asking price was a little high for us. 

Hi there. I have a 3 BHK flat in this society and would like to share a quick Purva Westend review with you. There are 2, 3 and 3.5 BHK flats here with great planning done in terms of the design. There is ample space, plenty of light, and ventilation in each room of the house. One of the highlights of the property has to be the amenities. There is a spa, sauna, a gym, tennis court, a jogging track, indoor games area and a lot more. You can expect a  good quality of life here. In my opinion, you should consider a flat here.
