What are the Radiance The Prime, Pammal, Chennai Reviews?

Hi, I got on a call with the team of this project to inquire about the offerings. I first asked about the Radiance The Prime unit configuration, which is 2, 3 and 4 BHK flats. The other reviews have already summed up the features, so I will talk about the amenities. 

There are lots of amenities in the indoor and outdoor space, like a gym, a VR game room, a Lego play area, a boxing simulator, a TT room,  a meeting room with a pantry, an EV charging point, an amphitheatre, a swimming pool and more.

The RadianceThe Prime RERA number is TN/29/Building/036/2024 and we are considering buying it. I’d say you should give it a visit yourself to see if this is a good project for you as personal choices can differ.

Hello there. I am here to give you my review of this project. For the past few months, we have been searching for a 2 BHK in Chennai and came across this a while back. 

We checked Radiance The Prime unit size, which is 285 in total with 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes. The total area of this project is 3.3 acres with 3 blocks plus a basement, in addition to a stilt and 5 floors. 

I liked one aspect a lot about this project, which is the availability of 40% area as open space. The project is also 100% Vastu compliant with a 3-tier security system.

I made a booking for the 2 BHK here and feel that this is a well equipped flat with all the required features.

My sister, mother and I went to this project a few days ago. I’d be happy to share my opinion by writing a Radiance The Prime review here. This project is situated in the Pammal area of Chennai, which has good connectivity overall.

The International Airport, Pallavaram Railway Station, Pallavaram Bus Stand and the Airport Metro Station are all within 4 km from the Radiance The Prime location. Hospitals like Sugam, BP Jain and Shadithya ain’t that far too.

There are 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes here and we are interested in the 3 BHK here. We are yet to make a decision but this looks like a good deal to us.
