Since I was looking for a property near my office in Kargar, a colleague recommended this project. I visited the project and enquired about the Raghunath Vihar RERA ID, which they informed me was P52000008988. I loved the project and was ready to purchase a unit there but to make the final decision I asked about the important locations of the project. Here is what the executive told me

  • Raghunath Vihar Bus station, 0.5 km

  • Sector 11 Kharghar Metro Station, 2.1 km

  • Om Navjeevan Hospital, 1.5 km

  • The Good Health Clinic, 1.1 km

  • Greenfingers Global School, 1.1 km

  • Birajdar's Gym & Fitness Center, 0.8 km

  • Metro Fresh, 1.5 km

Following this, I decided to purchase a unit here.

A few weeks back, I visited the Raghunath Vihar location, which is Sector 14, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410210. Initially, I was a bit skeptical about it, as the construction of the project was completed back in 2008. But I was proven wrong after visiting as it was well-maintained. The property has a massive swimming pool that is cleaned on a weekly basis. It even features a gym which has the latest equipment. Another thing that I loved was the Rain Water Harvesting. Other amenities available with them are a Children's Play Area, Landscape Garden, Clubhouse, and 24/7 Power Backup. Now, I am planning to book a unit here.
